李彬彬博士，是世界针灸学会联合会认可的，人类非物质文化遗产中医针灸张縉教授针刺手法的首届海外亲传弟子之一。李博士目前在澳洲自营中医诊所，诊所有自主科研，针灸治疗中擅长使用针刺手法，并且手法轻柔。凭借在诊断学方面的博士级研究背景，李彬彬博士在处理复杂神经系统问题方面，有丰富的经验。
李彬彬医生的博士研究完成于悉尼科技大学，方向是中医师临床思维行为心理过程研究，定性和定向混合研究方法，在中医教育里学生的创造性思维方面，以及中医临床基础课程设计方面，有一定的发现和创新。 李彬彬博士，來澳之前，来自于中國中醫科學院針灸研究所針灸醫院。硕士联合培养导师是中国中医科学院针灸研究所针灸医院院长，第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师杨金洪教授。外祖父为原南京中医药大学名誉院长，博士生导师，著名中医专家郝刚教授。曾受到程莘农教授的推荐和赞誉。全日制硕士毕业于广西中医药大学针灸推拿硕士导师植兰英，本科毕业于大连医科大学，中医西医皆通。
